Darryl Johnson

Daryl L. Johnson is CEO of Intercultural Communications, Inc. and co-publisher of N-TOUCH News.  He spent 39 years with the United States Postal Service where he retired as Plant Manager of the Baton Rouge Process and Distribution Center.   There he was responsible for a $35 million dollar budget, 450 employees, and all the functions of a large processing and distribution facility. Originally from Memphis Tennessee, he has been a Florida resident since 1986. He is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a degree in Sociology. Daryl Johnson is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and a member of the Masonic Order. He is a dedicated member of Bible Based Fellowship Church at Ehrlich Road, where he serves on the Usher Board.  Most importantly, Daryl Johnson is a family man. He is married to the lovely and vivacious Tampa Bay Tammy. He is the father of 4 successful adults, Kassidy Johnson, PR Advisor, Tamina Johnson, a doctoral candidate at USF in Tampa, Braxton Johnson (deceased) and Kindall Sunshine Hayes, married to Calvin Hayes, both diplomats assigned to Bogota Columbia.

Justin Helicke

Justin Helicke began playing Little League baseball with Braxton Daryl Johnson, for whom the foundation is named, in 1994. Growing up a street over, and riding the same bus to Citrus Park Elementary allowed Justin and Braxton to build a tight-knit brotherhood until the time of Braxton's death in 2008. Justin is a native of Tampa, Florida, and a 2005 graduate of Tampa Catholic. He was vital team member at J & J Scientific Products in production and quality control until the company was sold in 2008. He is now a professional caddie at Old Memorial golf club in Tampa, Florida. Justin spends his free time coaching and assisting his nephew's Little League team, or traveling with his girlfriend, Stephanie.

Kassidy Johnson

Kassidy Johnson is the PR Advisor for ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Creative, enthusiastic and motivated, Kassidy has a strong background in media, advertising and marketing promotions. Proficient and experienced in all aspects of communication, her circles include editors, bloggers and journalists for both national and alternative media as well as directors of grass-root organizations and corporate businesses. Her expertise includes political and issue-based campaigns, communication strategy and campaign plans, social, web and community presence, as well as managing paid and volunteer staff relationships and interacting with diverse communities.

Tamina Johnson

Tamina Johnson is a Ph.D. Candidate in her last year at the University of South Florida. She holds a Masters and Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from the illustrious Florida A&M University. Tamina has been mentoring and tutoring children worldwide for over 10 years. She has also volunteered her time in children’s hospitals as well as on medical mission trips. Tamina has spent time in Germany, Alaska and Hawaii and visited more than ten countries around the world. Tamina is an avid runner and is training for her third half-marathon.

Kindall Hayes

Kindall J. Hayes is a strong advocate for international experiences and global citizenship.  As a Consular Adjudicator for the U.S. Department of State, Kindall is preparing for her onward assignment to Bogota, Colombia, in December 2016.  Kindall recently returned to Washington D.C. after completing a two-year tour in Bangladesh where she investigated immigration fraud, facilitated absentee voting for Americans overseas and addressed the needs of U.S. Citizens abroad.  She also provided immigration assistance to Yemeni refugees at the U.S. Embassy in Djibouti.  While living in the eastern hemisphere, Kindall visited Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Fiji, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Spain, Austria, India, Thailand, and several other countries in Southeast Asia.  Kindall is a former presidential appointee to the Obama Administration, where she served at the Department of Homeland Security.  Prior to receiving that appointment, Kindall was a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Intern and a Running Start Fellow on Capitol Hill.  A graduate of Florida A&M University (FAMU), Kindall recruited scholars and athletes to the university via the role of Miss FAMU 2010-2011.  Kindall considers herself a lifelong learner.  She is proficient in Arabic, Bangla and began studying Spanish in the summer.  She is married to U.S. Diplomat, Calvin Hayes, who is also a fellow Capitol Hill intern and a FAMU alumnus.  She lives by the mantra, "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that fears the Lord, she shall be praised."

Dr. Keith Berry

Dr. Keith Berry was born in Tallahassee, Florida on the campus of Florida A&M University at the FAMU Hospital. My father was an art professor at the university, and my mother was a public school music teacher. Shortly after my birth, my parents moved to Albany, Georgia where my father assumed his new role as Chairman of the Art Department at the state university. I attended the local schools of the city, and came back to Florida whereupon I graduated from both Florida A&M, and Florida State Universities with degrees in American History. While attending graduate school I met a beautiful woman who I married after we moved to Tampa. I have been married for 21 years, and we have two boys who are 11 and 14 years old respectively. I have been teaching American History at the Dale Mabry Campus of Hillsborough Community College for nearly twenty years before assuming my new role as Dean of Academic Affairs at the Ybor City campus last year.

Ann Morrick

Ann Morrick, life partner and business partner to Ron, served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in the family construction business. Prior to joining her husband in the company business, she was a Development Director for the Diocese of St. Petersburg, FL, a Junior Accountant at Johnson and Johnson, Inc., and a Computer Technician at Texas Tech University. A business woman in her own right as founder, sole owner and designer of Ann Morrick Handbags and Jewelry. In the secular community, Ann served on the Advisory Board at the Supervisor of Elections of Hillsborough County, Mayor’s Beautification Board, and Florida Southern College Men’s Basketball Development Board. She’s also a former member of the National Association of Executive Women and the National Society of Fundraising Executives. She currently serves on the Dream Center of Tampa Board. Individually, both Ron and Ann Morrick are a Power Couple of success and energy. But together, they are partners in life and in business, so much so that they teach classes for married couples at the 8,000 plus member Grace Family Church in Lutz. They have successfully raised 2 God-fearing children. Carlton is a business graduate of Florida Southern College in Lakeland and is transitioning to take over the family air conditioning company, Just Right Air, LLC. Their daughter, Chachere, is an Aerospace Engineering graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and a licensed commercial pilot. She’s currently employed with Skyport Aviation at Tampa Executive Airport. Ann's faith involves her as a mentor and leader for the restoration of abused women, teaching them to see themselves as God sees them. She also participates as a motivational speaker to youth with the topic, “Who Am I in Christ”.
